About the role

This is a fantastic entry-level position for someone who is interested in a career in one of the most important and dynamic areas of digital marketing.

Following a comprehensive induction and training programme, our Executives are able to rapidly develop and will quickly be working on a balanced portfolio of clients that vary by size and industry. You will build broad skills in Paid Search, Paid Social, performance display and performance video, working towards becoming a tactical expert able to support the execution and implementation of client campaigns.

Your day to day role will involve assisting your team colleagues in campaign reporting, monitoring and all aspects of performance.

Previous experience already? Perhaps you have already had some work experience in Paid Media and know this is the field you want to build your career in.  If so, please do apply as we are always keen to engage with great candidates.

The perfect candidate

You will have strong analytical and numerical skills and will be enthusiastic with a committed work ethic. 

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail will be needed, but mostly you will have to be a proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team, showing initiative and a “can do” approach.

As the environment is fast-paced, time management will be one of the more important skills you possess, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise your tasks, sometimes being under pressure to meet deadlines.

Finally, we expect you to have really done your research into Paid Media. You don’t need previous work experience (although obviously that would be an advantage) but we do want to know that you are genuinely interested in building a career in this field so we will expect you to be familiar with what Paid Search and Paid Social is all about and have a good understanding of the basic concepts.

We feel that it is important that everyone comes into our office some of the time as we all benefit from being together so we have a hybrid working model where you are ideally in the office at least three days per week and can then choose to work remotely for the rest of the time.  We get together for our monthly Agency Day too – we’re a social bunch with a work-hard-play-hard mantra so that’s an additional opportunity for us to all come together.

Salary £23,500 to £25,000 pa but this is dependent on experience.
