What we offer?

  • Flexible working hours: We value flexibility and want everyone to have a good work/life balance so as long as you work your contracted hours, ensure you are hitting your deadlines and your output is not affected, we are happy
  • Hybrid working: We also feel that it is important that all staff come into our office some of the time as we benefit from being together. Our hybrid working model means that everyone comes in at least 2 days per week and they can then choose to work remotely for the rest of the time
  • 22.5 days holiday increasing to 23.5 days after one year's service and to 25 days after three year's service. Plus Bank Holidays off of course!
